H. Andrew Fulmer has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of our company since the spin-off of American Outdoor Brands from our former parent company. Mr. Fulmer served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis of Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc.
Elizabeth A. Sharp has served as our Vice President of Investor Relations since the spin-off of American Outdoor Brands from our former parent company. Before the spin-off, Ms. Sharp served as Vice President, Investor Relations of Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. from May 2005 until the spin-off.
James E. Tayon has served as our Chief Product Officer since December 2023. He served as our Vice President of Product Development from the spin-off of American Outdoor Brands from our former parent company in March 2021 until December 2023. Before the spin-off, Mr.
Brent A. Vulgamott has served as our Chief Operating Officer since October 2023. He served as our Vice President of Sales, Operations & Analytics from March 2022 through October 2023, and as our Vice President of Operations & Analytics from the spin-off from our former parent company in March 2021
Douglas V. Brown has served as our Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary since the spin-off of American Outdoor Brands from our former parent company. Before the spin-off, Mr. Brown served as Chief Counsel of the Outdoor Products & Accessories Division of Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc.
Kyle M. Carter has served as our Corporate Controller and Assistant Secretary since the spin-off of American Outdoor Brands from our former parent company. Before the spin-off, Mr. Carter served as Assistant Corporate Controller of Smith & Wesson Brands Inc. from October 2010 until the spin-off.
