Gregory J. Gluchowski, Jr.
Gregory J. Gluchowski, Jr. has served as a director of the Company since we became a public company in August 2020. Mr. Gluchowski is an experienced public company director, former chief executive officer, and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of leadership experience leading global consumer products, industrial, security, and building products businesses. He has served on the Board of Directors of Safety Products Global, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of professional safety products, since May 2026, and UniKey Technologies, a provider of cloud-based smart access control technology, since October 2019. Most recently, Mr. Gluchowski served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hampton Products International, a leading provider of residential, commercial, portable security, and cargo management solutions from 2021 until 2026. Previously Mr. Gluchowski served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hillman Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:HLMN), a leading provider of hardware solutions and merchandising service, from 2015 until 2019. Prior to Hillman, he served as President of the $1.4 billion Hardware and Home Improvement division of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SPB), formerly a division of Stanley Black & Decker from 2002 until 2015. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gluchowski held several executive leadership positions with Black & Decker Corporation and Phelps Dodge Corporation from 1988 until 2001. He also previously served as a member of the board of directors of Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ:SWBI) from June 2015 until August 2020, and as a member of the board of directors of Milacron Holdings Corp., a New York Stock Exchange-listed industrial technology company, from 2017 until 2019.
